These are the terms for this website and our SMS text line. They are short because there is not much to them. If you are a client, the agreement you signed with us covers the work itself; where it and this page differ, your agreement wins.

1. Who we are
Seal Sites builds and runs websites for local food businesses. It is two people, Elpidio “Sami” Poblano and Jerry. You can reach us at hello@sealsites.com.
2. This website
This site tells you what we do. There is no account to make, no form to fill in, and nothing to buy on it.
Prices and plans shown here can change. The price you pay is the one written in the agreement you sign with us, and it doesn’t change because this page did.
Some links go to other sites, such as our example page. We look after the sites we build, but we aren’t responsible for sites other people run.
3. SMS Terms
Status: our client text line is paused. We let its number go on October 19, 2026, and it may belong to someone else now, so please don’t text it. Email hello@sealsites.com instead.
If the line comes back
Right now we don’t send or receive any texts. If we turn a text line back on, it gets a new number, and we put its full terms here first: how you join, how often we text, what it costs, and how STOP and HELP work. Texting us will never be a condition of working with us.

What we kept from them, and for how long, is in our privacy policy. We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for marketing.
4. Our work for you
If you’re a client, what we build, what it costs, and what happens if either of us stops is all in the agreement you signed. These terms don’t add to it or take anything away from it.
5. What we can and can’t promise
We’re a two-person business. We work to keep this site running, but we can’t promise it will never be down. If something about your site is urgent, email us.
6. Which law applies
We’re based in California, and California law applies to these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects you as a client, we tell you directly before it starts.
